Jim refuses to work with the pirates. Captain Silver ponders for a long time and finally, late in the night, notices a sign attached to the found skull. It points to a spot on Skull Island, a small rocky island off the coast of Treasure Island. During the night Silver urges his men to go to the island immediately. In a cave on the island, Captain Silver finds a clue. He finally comes up with the solution to the riddle and finds the secret writing on the treasure map. But then he is shot by some of his men and seriously injured. At that moment, Captain Smallet and his men attack the pirates. Most perish trying to escape, Captain Silver is captured. But he remains calm and says the game isn't over yet...
